ERGO DUO System
Structure with 9 ergonomic modeling and ventilation zones with different lift on the two sides.
Duo System
From 140 cm wide, it is made with two single slabs, even with different firmness, so that everyone can sleep on the preferred comfort.
EcoMemory
Foamy material with visco-elastic characteristics that molds to the shape of the person and distributes pressure.
Aquacell
Open cell “water base” foam that is breathable, hypoallergenic, anti-mite, non-deformable and long-lasting.
Structure: the core
The structure allows everyone to find the most suitable firmness rating for their preferences. A firmer side with a contact layer in V-Gel Memory (integrated topper inside the structure), gentle on the skin to avoid abnormal compressions; a softer side in high breathability Aquacell Evo.
4 comfort layers and ergonomic support – h approx. 23 cm
1) Topper V-Gel Memory h cm 4 inserted (resting on the Aquacell layer, on one side): innovative structural visco-memory foam with gel capsules for controlled, stable support for the body with gentle, fresh contact. (n.b: the V-gel Memory topper can be easily removed and positioned on the required side)).
2) Aquacell Green Firm layer h 6.5 cm with air channels – Firmness rating: R Firm
3) Middle layer in Aquacell Green, “Ergo Duo System” profile with 9 modelling zones that have air channels to avoid moisture and heat getting trapped
4) Aquacell Evo Soft layer h 6.5 cm with air channels – Firmness rating B Medium – High (softer)
N.B.: from a width of 140 cm upwards the mattress is made in Duo version, with two single sheets also of different firmness ratings.
Cover
SMARTHERM fabric
Yarn enriched with thermo-active, refreshing and thermo-regulating PCM Gel nano-capsules, sanitized with SilverSave pure silver ions.
Climawood filling
Climate-controlled fibre made from natural wood pulp.
Airy3D-XL side band
Union of 3D breathable fabrics for air circulation inside the structure and expansion for internal topper.

Smartherm Airy3D-XL cover advantages
Smartherm is the “temperature controlled / intelligent” fabric (not just a simple “cold / passive temprature” fabric) with yarn enriched with millions of PCM Gel nano-capsules (with a nanotechnology) that maintains a body temperature within the ideal range (32°-37° C) throughout slee, thereby guaranteeing healthy skin tone and freshness, better blood circulation and an effective cardiovascular prevention action, as well as a more efficient and effective sleep. The SmarTherm fabric is 100% “natural” and hypoallergenic because pure silver ions have been added to the side and it is mite-proof, antistatic and odourless. The XL folding allows the side band to be lowered when the V-Gel memory topper is extracted and to expand when it is inserted again.
SmarTherm fabric (top side): special SmarTherm fabric (refreshing and body temperature heat regulating in a range of 32°-37° C) double jersey elasticated (with integrated mite-proof, anti-allergy filling), with yarn comprising millions of thermoactive Gel PCM nano-capsules, refreshing and heat regulating, sanitised with SilverSave pure silver ions.
ClimaWood: filling in fibre made from natural wood pulp, climate-controlled, anti-allergy, mite-proof, anti-dust (top side).
Airy3D-XL side band: made from two exclusive 3D breathable fabrics, for air circulation inside the structure.
Breeze3D fabric (bottom side): breathable volumetric 3D fabric with anti-allergy, mite-proof filling.
Washability: the cover is removable and can be washed in water at 30° C.
Tailor made Memory Foam and Aquacell
Each person is unique and different from the other: the sleeping system must be “tailor-made” to meet their personal comfort needs. With the ERGO DUO System you have two distinct firmness ratings in the same mattress and in the double version each one will be able to “configure” their part.
