Structure: the springs
ExE 1500 Pocket is a high-density support structure (approximately 1,200 springs in the double mattress), made of special steel springs with 9 comfort zones. differentiated zones. The ExE springs (Energixe Pocket) are created with a 240 mm height instead of the standard 190 mm measure and they are pre-compressed of 50% of the height and inserted into the fabric pocket. The result is a structure that guarantees active, progressive, and perfectly balanced support. The double memory layer—Freeze EcoMemory in the topper padding plus V-Gel Memory—ensures decompression in the contact zone.
ExE 1500 Pocket spring system with 9 zones of comfort and support, featuring V-Gel Memory.
1) V-Gel Memory Firm (4 cm height): Decompressive support layer in special visco-memory with structural gel capsules. It dynamically and structurally supports the body in any resting position, avoiding abnormal compression and without becoming too soft during sleep. Available upon request with V-Gel Memory Soft for a softer firmness level.
2) Aquacell: Aquacell Green comfort layer, high firmness rating, with 5-zone “massage” profile to aid air circulation and breathability.
3) ExE 1500 Pocket System: an exclusive support structure composed of 1,500 special pre-compressed, pocketed steel-wire ExE springs (in the double version), divided into 9 differentiated firmness zones for active, progressive, and perfectly balanced body support. “ExE Elast Box System” outer anti-sag frame.
4) Aquacell: Aquacell Green layer, high firmness rating, with 5-zone wave profile for maximum air circulation below the mattress and to avoid getting trapped.
No Turn Mattress: only one side is used, it is not meant to be turned upside down but only rotated head to foot periodically to keep its performance unvaried.

The MicroClimate EcoSilver fabric is a technical yarn with a natural viscose base, derived from quick growing plants and obtained in an ecofriendly production process with integrated filling. It perfectly fits the structure, enhancing its comfort, and immediately disperses moisture, guaranteeing a microclimate that is always controlled, fresh, healthy and dry. The natural ionised Silver based sanitising treatment with the reflecting and anti-static properties of silver makes skin feel fresh and protects from dust, and is odourless as it combines and eliminates the acid protein of sweat. The natural, permanent Silver based treatment is permanent for the entire life lifetime of your mattress.
The special quality of the CLIMATECH filling was developed as part of the “Green Philosophy Morfeus” project. The project was launched in 2017 and, among its priorities, there is also the recovery of precious virgin textile scraps generated by the Morfeus production processes to re-obtain new high quality fillings. The precious virigin textiles scraps, exclusively generated by the Morfeus production processes, are selected and mixed to obtain Climatech.
MicroClimate EcoSilver fabric: the MicroClimate EcoSilver bi-elastic fabric which perfectly fits the structure, enhancing its comfort, and immediately disperses moisture, guaranteeing a micro-climate that is always controlled, fresh, healthy and dry. It has got integrated filling in the woven. It is anti-allergy, antibacterial, heat regulation and antistatic.
Topper Padding:
Freeze Ecomemory: High-thickness special bio visco-memory padding, gentle on the skin.
“Trio System ClimaTech”: A multi-layered structure featuring progressive contouring and support made of ClimaTech—an exclusive hypoallergenic, breathable, and eco-sustainable fiber padding that is environmentally friendly, as it is produced using reclaimed virgin fibers—in a double layer + Aquacell UltraSoft.
Med Carbon 3D Breeze (inside): fixed padded cover, anti-static and hypoallergenic, to protect the internal core.
Breeze 3D (bottom side): 3D breathable quilted fabric with hypoallergenic, anti-abrasion padding.
Luxury side band: made from exclusive Luxury fabric paired with a breathable filling, padded handles.
Washability: the Topper is removable and dry cleanable.
The comfort of the topper
The push is firm from the first stages of deformation, without however the tendency to return an excessive force if further compressed. Thus, it becomes easy to find the optimal sleeping posture and the need for night movements due to muscle numbness is reduced. The structure is assembled in the “No Rolling” system which avoids the dragging of the less heavy person on the other and the independence of movement of each single spring avoids micro-awakenings at night. The external topper guarantees ideal pressure relief thanks to its ability to adapt to the body’s contours, aided by the double memory layer (quilted into the topper and on top of the frame).
